Isosaponarin

Collagen Synthesis Activator

Isosaponarin is a flavone glycoside that acts as an agonist of P4HA2, promoting collagen synthesis. By upregulating the production of TGF-β type II receptor (TβR-II) and prolyl 4-hydroxylase (P4H) proteins, it enhances skin health and aids in wound healing. Additionally, Isosaponarin exhibits significant antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-hyaluronidase, antiplatelet, anti-atopic dermatitis, and anti-tumor activities, making it valuable for a range of biological research applications.
