Isoviolanthin

Favonoid Gycoside

Isoviolanthin is a flavonoid glycoside that exhibits notable affinity for key targets, including KDM6B, CHAC2, ESCO2, and IPO4. This compound has demonstrated the ability to inhibit MMP-2 and MMP-9 activity and disrupt TGF-β/Smad and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathways, enhancing Fhl3 expression. Additionally, Isoviolanthin provides cytoprotective effects and exhibits anticancer activity, particularly against hepatocellular carcinoma. Its diverse biological activities make it a valuable reagent for research in cancer biology and signaling pathways.
