ITGB3 Inhibitor
ITGB3-IN-1 is an orally active inhibitor of the integrin subunit beta 3 (ITGB3) with a Kd of 7.26 μM. This compound demonstrates significant anti-orthopoxvirus activity, showing an EC50 value of 1.82 μM against vaccinia virus (VACV). Additionally, ITGB3-IN-1 exhibits inhibition of the hERG channel with an IC50 of 1.13 μM. It serves as a valuable tool for research investigations into orthopoxviruses and their interactions with host cell integrin pathways.
