IVL 745
VLA-4 Antagonist
IVL 745 is a very late antigen 4 (VLA-4) antagonist that targets the integrin α4β1. It has demonstrated the ability to reduce airway inflammatory responses in sensitized animal models, including rats and sheep. This compound is valuable for research applications related to airway inflammation and asthma pathophysiology.
