iZMYND8-34
ZMYND8 Inhibitor
iZMYND8-34 is a selective inhibitor of the ZMYND8 protein, exhibiting an IC50 of 0.66 μM. This compound effectively disrupts the interaction between the ZMYND8 protein and the H3K4me1–H3K14ac peptide, thereby blocking histone recognition by ZMYND8. iZMYND8-34 has demonstrated potential in research applications targeting neuroendocrine prostate cancer development.
