JAX-44

Root Architecture Modulator

JAX-44 is a potent root architecture modulator that influences auxin dynamics to enhance root system development. This compound effectively maintains primary root length while significantly increasing lateral root numbers, optimizing overall root structure. As a metabolic precursor of JAX-77, JAX-44 can also be converted to Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), making it valuable for studies in auxin biology and root development. Researchers can utilize JAX-44 for investigating plant root architecture and its impact on growth.
