JHDM Inhibitor
JHDM-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of Jumonji C domain-containing hydroxylases (JHDMs), exhibiting IC50 values of 3.4 μM for JMJD2C, 4.3 μM for JMJD2A, 5.9 μM for JMJD2E, 10 μM for PHF8, and 43 μM for JMJD3. This compound has significant implications in epigenetic research, particularly in the regulation of histone modifications. JHDM-IN-1 can be utilized to explore the functional roles of specific JHDMs in various biological processes and diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders.
