Glutamine Antagonist Prodrug
JHU395 is a lipophilic glutamine antagonists (GA) prodrug that displays oral bioavailability and plasma stability. It effectively delivers 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON) directly to malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST) both in vitro and in vivo.
