JJH260

AIG1 Inhibitor

JJH260 is an AIG1 inhibitor that selectively inhibits fluorophosphonate reactivity and fatty acid ester hydrolysis activity mediated by AIG1 in HEK293T cells. This compound demonstrates potent inhibitory effects, with IC50 values of 0.50 μM for fluorophosphonate reactivity and 0.57 μM for FAHFA hydrolysis. JJH260 serves as a valuable tool for understanding the biological functions of AIG1 and its role in relevant metabolic pathways.
