JMF4073
Thymidylate/Cytidylate Kinases Inhibitor
JMF4073 is a specific inhibitor of thymidylate (TMP) and cytidylate (CMP) kinases, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.16 μM and 0.17 μM, respectively. This compound effectively targets and eliminates wild-type Bcr-Abl-transformed myeloid cells both in vitro and in vivo. JMF4073 is a valuable tool for studying cell proliferation and the molecular mechanisms underlying Bcr-Abl-associated malignancies.
