ZBTB11 Molecular Glues Degrader
JWJ-01-306 is a CRBN-recruiting molecular glue degrader that targets ZBTB11, facilitating its degradation and subsequent reprogramming of cellular metabolism. This results in a decrease in oxidative phosphorylation and activity of the tricarboxylic acid cycle. Additionally, JWJ-01-306 enhances the efficacy of K-Ras inhibition in organoid models and exhibits antiproliferative effects on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and melanoma cells. It is suitable for research focused on these cancer types and their metabolic pathways.
