Anti-Coronaviral Compound
K22 is an anti-Coronaviral compound that targets viral double-stranded RNA. This compound exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity, effectively inhibiting not only members of the Coronavirinae subfamily but also nidoviruses from the Torovirinae subfamily, including EToV and WBV, as well as Arteriviridae family members like PRRSV and EAV. Additionally, K22 demonstrates antiviral efficacy against HCoV-229E, making it a valuable tool in coronaviral research and development.
