Bronchodilator

KF-17625 is an orally active bronchodilator that primarily targets bronchial smooth muscle relaxation. It effectively inhibits bronchoconstriction induced by agents such as Carbachol, Histamine, and Leukotriene D4. Additionally, KF-17625 demonstrates inhibition of canine tracheal phosphodiesterase IV with an IC50 of 12 μM and reduces Concanavalin-A-induced histamine release from rat mast cells by 44% at 10 mM. This compound is valuable for research in immunology and inflammation.
