ARNT Modulator
KG-655 is a small molecule modulator targeting the aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT). It binds to the β-folded surface and internal cavity of ARNT PAS-B, disrupting its interaction with the transcriptional coactivator TACC3. By promoting the homodimerization of ARNT PAS-B, KG-655 has the potential to modulate various ARNT-mediated signaling pathways, making it a valuable tool for studying cellular responses to environmental stimuli and transcriptional regulation.
