KH-CB20
CLK1/4 Inhibitor
KH-CB20 is a selective inhibitor of CLK1 and CLK4, demonstrating potent activity with an IC50 of 16.5 nM for CLK1. Additionally, KH-CB20 exhibits inhibition of DYRK1A with an IC50 of 57.8 nM, as well as CLK3 at an IC50 of 488 nM. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on exploring the roles of CLK kinases in cellular processes and disease mechanisms.
