KI-TOX-A3
PPI Inhibitor
KI-TOX-A3 is a selective protein-protein interaction (PPI) inhibitor that targets the TOX protein, exhibiting an IC50 value of 0.51 μM for the TOX-KAT7 interaction. By inducing the proteasomal degradation of TOX, KI-TOX-A3 restores KAT7-mediated H3K14 acetylation, effectively reversing CD8+ T cell exhaustion and inhibiting the proliferation of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells. This reagent holds significant potential for research in hematological malignancies, particularly T-ALL.
