KL001
Cryptochrome Stabilizer
KL001 is a novel stabilizer of cryptochromes CRY1 and CRY2, which are flavoproteins essential for the regulation of circadian rhythms in various organisms. By inhibiting ubiquitin-dependent degradation of these proteins, KL001 effectively extends the circadian period. This compound may also play a role in modulating fasting hormone-induced gluconeogenesis, making it a valuable tool for research in chronobiology and metabolic processes.
