KLF10-IN-1
KLF10 Inhibitor
KLF10-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of KLF10, exhibiting an IC50 value of 40 μM on KLF10 reporter gene activity. This compound effectively disrupts KLF10-DNA binding and transcriptional function, thereby preventing the differentiation of CD4+CD25 T cells into CD4+CD25+ T regulatory cells. Additionally, KLF10-IN-1 inhibits the expression of genes regulated by KLF10, making it a valuable tool for investigating KLF10-mediated biological processes and T regulatory cell functions.
