KP-2067

CaSR Agonist

KP-2067 is a calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) agonist peptide known for its role in activating CaSR pathways. It demonstrates dose-dependent activation of CaSR in HEK293T cells that overexpress human CaSR, with an EC50 value of 18.4 μM. In research applications, KP-2067 has been shown to significantly decrease plasma parathyroid hormone levels in rat models, providing a valuable tool for studies related to calcium regulation and bone metabolism.
