KP 544
Neurotrophic Protein Enhancer
KP 544 is a potent neurotrophic protein enhancer that targets the nerve growth factor (NGF) signaling pathway. It effectively amplifies NGF-induced neurite outgrowth in PC12 and SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells, and enhances choline acetyltransferase activity. Additionally, KP 544 engages downstream pathways of MAPK, augmenting NGF and cyclic AMP effects while providing neuroprotective benefits. Its applications include studying neural differentiation and supporting neuroprotection research.
