URAT1/GLUT9 Inhibitor
KPH2f is a potent dual inhibitor of URAT1 and GLUT9, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.24 μM and 9.37 μM, respectively. This orally active compound exhibits minimal inhibition of OAT1 and ABCG2, with IC50 values of 32.14 μM and 26.74 μM, respectively. KPH2f is valuable for research investigating uric acid transport and related metabolic disorders.
