KR31173

AT1 Antagonist

KR31173 is a selective antagonist of the angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1) with an IC50 of 3.27 nM. This compound has potential applications in imaging studies as a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer when labeled with the carbon-11 isotope. In preclinical studies using CD-1 mice, KR31173 demonstrates favorable biodistribution and pharmacological characteristics, selectively targeting organs with a high density of AT1 receptors. This makes it a valuable tool for research into cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
