KS15
Cryptochrome Inhibitor
KS15 is a selective inhibitor of the interactions between cryptochromes (CRYs: CRY1 and CRY2) and the CLOCK:BMAL1 heterodimer, essential for circadian rhythm regulation. By disrupting the feedback actions of CRYs on E-box-dependent transcription, KS15 demonstrates an EC50 of 4.9 μM and exhibits anti-proliferative activity. This reagent is valuable for research into circadian biology and the role of cryptochromes in transcriptional regulation.
