KSC-34
PDIA1 Inhibitor
KSC-34 is a covalent inhibitor targeting protein disulfide isomerase A1 (PDIA1), exhibiting a potent inhibitory effect with an IC50 of 3.5 μM. This reagent demonstrates a remarkable 30-fold selectivity for the a domain over the a' domain and maintains high specificity for PDIA1 in complex proteomes, minimizing interactions with other members of the protein disulfide isomerase family. Additionally, KSC-34 features an alkyne group, enabling its utility as a click chemistry reagent through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) for diverse molecular applications in chemical research.
