KT-1
Vasodilator
KT-1 is a potent vasodilator that targets vascular smooth muscle to induce relaxation and improve blood flow. In preclinical studies, it has been shown to decrease aortic pressure and total peripheral resistance while increasing coronary and renal blood flow, peak positive left ventricular dP/dt, and heart rate in anesthetized open-chest dog models. KT-1 is valuable for research applications focused on cardiovascular disease and vasodilatory mechanisms.
