Kukoamine B mesylate
Active Compound
Kukoamine B mesylate is a potent dual inhibitor of lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and CpG DNA, exhibiting Kd values of 1.23 µM and 0.66 µM, respectively. This spermine alkaloid demonstrates significant anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, antioxidant, anti-osteoporotic, and neuroprotective properties. Kukoamine B mesylate is particularly valuable for research into sepsis and related inflammatory conditions.
