KVS0001
SMG1 Inhibitor
KVS0001 is a selective inhibitor of SMG1, primarily targeting the nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) pathway. It enhances the expression of truncated transcripts and proteins associated with mutations, leading to increased presentation of immune-targetable HLA class I peptides from NMD-downregulated proteins on the surface of cancer cells. KVS0001 demonstrates anti-tumor activity and is applicable in research involving NMD-related diseases, such as cancer and genetic disorders.
