CXXC5-DVL Inhibitor
KY19382 is a potent and orally bioavailable inhibitor targeting CXXC5-DVL and GSK3β, exhibiting IC50 values of 19 nM and 10 nM, respectively. By disrupting the interaction between CXXC5 and DVL and inhibiting GSK3β activity, KY19382 activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways.
