KZR-261
Sec61 translocon Inhibitor
KZR-261 is a selective inhibitor of the Sec61 translocon, which directly binds to the Sec61 channel to impede the biosynthesis of various Sec61 substrate proteins, including oncogenic factors. This compound induces the endoplasmic reticulum stress response and demonstrates broad in vitro anticancer activity. KZR-261 has shown significant antitumor efficacy in murine models and is applicable in the research of multiple myeloma, colorectal cancer, small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma.
