Nicotinic Acid Derivative
L 44-0 is a nicotinic acid derivative that targets the modulation of vascular biology. It has demonstrated the ability to reduce atherosclerotic lesions and lower vascular norepinephrine levels in both renal and femoral arteries, as well as veins, in a New Zealand white rabbit model of atherosclerosis. This reagent is valuable for research focused on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, particularly the mechanisms underlying atherosclerosis.
