Labetuzumab govitecan
Anti-CEACAM5 ADC
Labetuzumab govitecan is an anti-CEACAM5 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets CEACAM5-expressing cancer cells. It combines the monoclonal antibody Labetuzumab with the active chemotherapeutic agent SN-38 via a pH-sensitive linker. This reagent is primarily utilized in cancer research, particularly in studying colorectal cancer, to evaluate its therapeutic potential and efficacy against tumors expressing the CEACAM5 biomarker.
