LANA-DNA Inhibitor
LANA-DNA-IN-1 is a highly effective inhibitor of LANA-DNA, targeting the LBDs (LANA binding domains) LBS1, LBS2, and LBS3 with IC50 values of 9 μM, 8 μM, and 8 μM, respectively. In addition, it demonstrates substantial inhibitory action against wild-type LANA, with an IC50 of 53 μM. This compound is valuable for research focused on viral infections, providing insights into the mechanisms of LANA-DNA interactions and their implications in pathogenesis.
