FOXM1 Inhibitor

LASSBio-2052 is a potent FOXM1 inhibitor with demonstrated antitumor activity against hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It effectively inhibits the proliferation of HepG2 and Hep3B cell lines, exhibiting IC50 values of 18 μM and 41 μM, respectively. The compound disrupts the cell cycle by inducing G2/M phase arrest through the downregulation of FOXM1, ultimately leading to apoptosis in HCC cells. This makes LASSBio-2052 a valuable tool for researching therapeutic strategies in HCC.
