LATS1/2 Inhibitor

LATS1/2-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of LATS1 and LATS2, exhibiting potent inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 4.4 nM and 5.5 nM, respectively, as determined by a r33P functional assay. This compound demonstrates cellular IC50 values of 136 nM for LATS1 and 36.0 nM for LATS2 using the NanoBRET assay. LATS1/2-IN-1 effectively reduces phosphorylation of YAP1 in mouse liver, showcasing its role in cellular signaling. Additionally, it displays wound healing activity in HT-1080 scratch assay and in a SKH1 mouse punch biopsy model, making it a valuable tool for regenerative medicine research.
