Lavendustin C6

Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor

Lavendustin C6 is a selective inhibitor of tyrosine kinases, primarily targeting the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor with an EC50 value of 0.05 μg/mL. This compound effectively inhibits platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-induced inositol phosphate formation. Lavendustin C6 is valuable for research applications in studying signal transduction pathways and exploring the role of tyrosine kinases in various cellular processes.
