IAP Inhibitor
LBW242 is a potent inhibitor of Inhibitor of Apoptosis Proteins (IAPs) that functions as a Smac mimetic. This compound demonstrates pro-apoptotic activity and is particularly effective in mutant FLT3-expressing cells.
