LC-2 epimer
PROTAC Degrader
LC-2 epimer is a differential isomer of LC-2, functioning as a PROTAC degrader. This compound selectively targets mutant KRAS through its unique linkage of a von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) E3 ligase ligand and the KRAS inhibitor MRTX849.
