Lck Inhibitor

Lck-IN-4 is a potent inhibitor of the protein tyrosine kinase Lck, exhibiting an IC50 of 2 nM. This compound effectively inhibits YAP tyrosine phosphorylation and activity, leading to induced apoptosis in cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) cells. Additionally, Lck-IN-4 demonstrates cytotoxic effects in CCA tumor-derived organoids that exhibit elevated YAP activity. It is a valuable tool for investigating the role of Lck in CCA and other related cancers.
