Lck Inhibitor
Lck-IN-5 is a potent and selective inhibitor of lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase (LCK), which targets the SH3 domain of LCK and disrupts its interaction with the RK motif of CD3ε. This suppression impedes LCK recruitment to the T-cell receptor (TCR), resulting in modulation of CD3ε-containing CAR and TRuC T-cell activity. Lck-IN-5 is valuable for research in autoimmune diseases and graft-versus-host disease, as it attenuates cytokine production and promotes a central-memory-like phenotype that enhances T-cell persistence.
