PDKs/LDHA Inhibitor
LDHA/PDKs-IN-2 is a dual inhibitor targeting PDKs and LDHA, exhibiting IC50 values of 1.6 μM and 0.7 μM, respectively. This compound effectively reduces proliferation in A549 cells with an EC50 of 15.7 μM while decreasing lactate production and enhancing oxygen consumption. LDHA/PDKs-IN-2 is valuable for cancer research, particularly in studying metabolic reprogramming and therapeutic strategies.
