LEI110
HRASLS Inhibitor
LEI110 is a potent and selective inhibitor targeting the HRASLS family of thiol hydrolases. With demonstrated inhibitory activity against PLA2G16, HRASLS2, RARRES3, and iNAT, LEI110 exhibits pIC50 values of 7.0, 6.8, 6.8, and 7.6, respectively. This compound effectively decreases cellular levels of arachidonic acid and attenuates oleic acid-induced lipolysis in HepG2 cells, making it a valuable tool for studying lipid metabolism and associated pathways in research applications.
