Lepodisiran
Lipoprotein(a)
Lepodisiran is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) that specifically targets lipoprotein(a) to diminish its synthesis. By reducing lipoprotein(a) levels, lepodisiran may have therapeutic potential in addressing cardiovascular diseases associated with elevated lipoprotein(a). Its research applications include the study of lipid metabolism and the development of innovative treatments for atherosclerosis and related disorders.
