FcERI Fusion Protein

Lesigercept is a recombinant FcERI fusion protein, consisting of the alpha subunit of the IgE Fc receptor attached to a human IgG4 Fc domain. This fusion protein target engages with IgE, playing a critical role in modulating the allergic response by inhibiting IgE receptor-mediated activation of mast cells and basophils. Lesigercept is utilized in research focusing on allergy mechanisms, immunotherapy, and the development of therapies for asthma and other IgE-mediated conditions.
