IP6K Inhibitor
LI-2242 is a potent inhibitor of inositol hexakisphosphate kinases (IP6Ks), specifically targeting IP6K1, IP6K2, and IP6K3 with IC50 values of 31 nM, 42 nM, and 8.7 nM, respectively, while demonstrating a higher IC50 of 1944 nM for IPMK. This compound plays a significant role in modulating cellular signaling pathways and is useful for investigating various biological processes.
