Linogliride
Antidiabetic Agent
Linogliride is an antidiabetic agent that targets the insulin secretion pathway. At a concentration of 100 μM, it has no impact on insulin secretion in a glucose-free environment; however, it exhibits a significant insulinotropic effect when glucose is present at 5.5 mM. This compound is useful for studying glucose metabolism and the regulation of insulin secretion in pancreatic β-cells.
