Linoleylanilide

Linoleic Acid Derivative

Linoleylanilide is a linoleic acid derivative that primarily targets inflammation and cellular responses. It has been shown to moderately inhibit protein kinase C (PMA)-induced expression of CD11b, suggesting potential applications in studies of immune responses. Additionally, Linoleylanilide exhibits inhibitory effects on serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), and glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) activities, while also decreasing red blood cell counts and hemoglobin content. These properties make it a valuable reagent for research in cellular physiology and hematology.
