Lintopride
5HT-4/5HT-3 Antagonist
Lintopride is a benzamide that acts as a potent antagonist of the 5HT-4 receptor, with moderate antagonistic properties at the 5HT-3 receptor. This compound enhances gastric emptying, stimulates motility in the antrum and duodenum, and accelerates intestinal transit in animal models.
