LLK203
USP2/USP8 Inhibitor
LLK203 is a potent inhibitor of the deubiquitinating enzymes USP2 and USP8, with IC50 values of 0.89 μM and 0.52 μM, respectively. It effectively induces degradation of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) and promotes apoptosis in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Additionally, LLK203 exhibits significant antitumor activity in the 4T1 tumor mouse model, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and therapeutic development.
