LM10

TDO Inhibitor

LM10 is a potent inhibitor of tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO), an enzyme involved in the degradation of tryptophan via the kynurenine pathway. By inhibiting TDO, LM10 may alter tryptophan metabolism and has potential applications in cancer research and therapeutic development. This reagent can be utilized to investigate the role of TDO in tumor progression and immune modulation.
