LNP Lipid-8

Ionizable Lipid

LNP Lipid-8 is an ionizable single-tail multi-head lipid designed for the development of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to facilitate targeted delivery of siRNA to T cells, particularly CD8+ T cells, without the need for additional targeting ligands. This reagent efficiently utilizes endogenous lipid transport pathways to enable cellular uptake and subsequent RNA release via endocytosis, resulting in effective gene silencing. In preclinical studies, LNP Lipid-8 demonstrated significant GFP gene silencing in mouse models while exhibiting favorable efficacy and safety profiles, with minimal hepatic toxicity. This product is suitable for research applications in tumor immunotherapy and T cell-mediated autoimmune disorders.
